Airport Flats is a luxurious executive flats located at the prestigious locality of Airport West Residential Area, Accra. The executive flats have three bedrooms, kitchen with store and balcony, two full bathrooms, and large living/dining area with balcony. It contains the modern appliances of four (4) split air-conditioners, large fridge, gas cooker, microwave, extractor hood, washing machine, 29" stereo TV, and DVD player.
Airport Flats is in a secured compound with 24 hour security. It has a gym and outside recreational area. There are a limited number of worker's quarters for extra charge. There is a standby 80 kVA generator, 10,000 Litres of water reserve, and redundant water pumps. Other flats with smaller areas are also available. There is a $200/month service charge for security, water, generator fuel, and maintenance charges. As usual preventive and reactive maintenance is professionally provided by Advance Construction.
